Saw the moon last night. Yawn. But worth it. It was  lovely here in CO, all clear skies and warm for the middle of the night in December!  You could hear voices in the neighborhood, the cheerful calling if kids and quieter, steady adults. The moon indeed turned orange as flame, firing my story synapses. I'm guessing my next story will have an eclipse.

I prefer the lunar kind. Solar are a pain, you'll burn your eyes out, kid!

Last night was nice: dinner with writer friends, drinks with another friend, and then the eclipse. Today I'm finishing cleaning, picking Mom up from the airport, and making a bunch of cookies.  Even though it's warm it feels quite like Christmas.

Aight. Here's for getting an hour in on THE LOST PRINCE.
