bring out yer dead

Saw Troy last night. What a fabulous film. What fabulous acting. What fabulous costumes. What fabulous near-full-frontal-nudity. What an ugly baby.

But it really was a good couples flick because there's lots of fighting and cool computer generated war scenes, as well as there being lots and lots and lots and lots of Brad Pitt (who can carry a movie just by standing there wearing only that little half-smile like he's about to fuck you raw). And Orlando Bloom. And, that other guy who played Hector. And that young cutie who played Patroclus.

*sigh*

I don't have to return it until Wednesday.

*sigh*

Todd wants to see Troy a LOT. Hmm. I understand why he wants to see King Arthur (Keira Knightley), but why does he want to look at Brad Pitt?

he was dreamy. at first I wasn't so sure, but he really grew on me. he looks quite a bit like my friend - you know his girlfriend is the one who wore "the dress". yeah, you know who you are. and a review of your cd is forthcoming...

Brad Pitt... I love Brad Pitt... That charismatic bastard, he arouses me in a very non-sexual way. I think/hope he arouses every man in a very non-sexual way. For I've been known to be taken aback in the face of beauty, the sight of waterfalls and rainbows makes me stand in awe. Brad Pitt's face is just another form of beauty which i admire.

Sounds like you had a great time snow boarding. I just realised that about five people in my blogroll will not give me an update flag to let me know the blogs have been updated. DA BASTARDS!

You know I don't think I will every see the movie "Troy" and I have never seen Titanic either.

I guess I'm one of those since I don't know what an update flag is. I'm not even savvy enough to have a blogroll myself. Titanic sucks. Troy rocks.

Jack, you could just be like Greg, all hip with your love of beauty and unconcerned whether people think you're gay. I mean, it would work for you. Old ladies don't love you. You probably don't dress that nice. I bet you don't go to "salons" to get your hair done. You don't have to title the occassional post: "Ok, once again, I'm not gay." I think it's safe for you to admit your man on man lust for Brad Pitt.

I'd do Brad Pitt if I leaned that way.

That said, I agree with, The Big J, as I thought Troy was a lot like ripping my eyes out it broken toothpicks. Aside from attractive actors and over-produced set design it was just terrible. There are better ways to get your pretty fix than sitting through that classics destroying abomination.

I think Jack's point (correct me if I'm wrong) is that if he had a vagina or was gay, he could get something out of the film.
